My 5 step plan to acheive before May 6th
1. Start teaching classes at the Y and start getting younger kids more aware of their weight and how it affects you when you are overweight.
2. Make our own workout and nutrition plans to share with people trying to lose wight or become healthier.
3. Find out more information and how to train the right way so you don't injure yourself.
4. Instruct and correct younger kids of how to have a healthier diet so they maintain a healthy body.
5. Become physically fit myself so that when I talk to people about the subject they will see that I know what I'm talking about.
